View 4 Photos My approach to therapy is grounded in depth-oriented, imaginal and humanistic perspectives. When appropriate, I combine traditional therapeutic approaches with experiential activities, including movement infused practices and nature-based healing walks, to expand self awareness, create new paths of understanding, and reach those resistant to therapy. Our work together will increase resilience and courage, and provide tools for daily accoplishments and a deeper sense of well being. My goal is to help others process through this journey of life in a supportive and healthy way. Much of my career has been working with children and families addressing generational substance abuse, poverty, and domestic violence. I work with clients who are (highly) sensitive, empathic, or intuitive. Sensitive people have a finely attuned nervous system that is a huge gift when made conscious. They experience life deeply, yet don't always feel easily understood by others. Growing up, they often experienced not fitting in, and have adapted to a largely non-sensitive world in myriad ways that didn't always serve their best interest. I support sensitive people on their path to finding their voice, experiencing genuine relationships, purposeful work, and reclaiming their space in the world. View 4 Photos I help sensitive individuals reclaim their peace and their power. My approach is depth-oriented, transpersonal, relational, and existential-humanistic. For the integration of trauma, I offer a blend of modalities, such as bilateral stimulation / EMDR, somatic experiencing, and ancestral work. I work in an identity- and culture-affirming way. I work with adults, couples, and co-parents. My own international background helps me to understand and work within different cultural contexts. I offer sessions in English and in German. Please contact me to schedule a complimentary 15-minute phone call. I look forward to hearing from you!

Life can prove to be extremely difficult at times. However, it is these difficulties that can become incredible catalysts for deep healing and lasting change. I work with clients from an integrative and holistic approach. This means that I intertwine a variety of modalities based on specific needs of a client with regards to the breadth of their life experience (i.e. mental, physical, cultural, faith). For those so inclined, I also offer faith-based therapy which can be prove to be quite powerful in our work together. I work primarily with children, adolescents, adults, and families. It is truly an honor to witness and hold the incredible unfoldment of the healing processes with clients, sometimes occurring in an astounding short amount of time. Please do reach out.
